She LOVED it so imagine her disappointment when it ripped at the seam during her first use. I returned the defective one and exchanged it for a new one. The same thing happened. The very first time she used it the seam ripped, again rendering it unusable. The product now says not eligible for return so I bought a different brand but am out the money for this one. It is a great concept but poor construction to not be able to withstand gentle use from a tiny 3 year old. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2019* Finally got chance to use this product now the sun has come out. This is such a great product. My little girl is 3 and half and she absolutely loved playing with the splash mat. When you don’t have time to get the padding pool inflated this is a great product there’s no inflation you just connect the hose and turn it on. The side of the splash mat fills with water and once the pressure has built which is a matter of seconds the sprinklers kick in. One was great, works exactly as expected and my grandson loves it. The other ripped after 3 minutes of usage. I returned the one that ripped at the seam and it was immediately replaced without issue. The replacement splash pad ripped at the seam at the same exact spot within 5 minutes of use.
