Now that I’m 30 and a little older, I wanted a hoop that was more dainty and not as bold as the oversized one was. I ordered this 8mm 20g hoop and it is perfect! It looked so small compared to my old one, but it fits just how I was hoping it would. It is snug against my nose now, but not too tight either. It compliments my face instead of overpowering it. I also really like the clicker to close it! You just pinch the two sides together and it clicks right shut. It doesn’t snag the inside of your nose, and you can’t even feel the clasp because it is seamless with the ring. I have very sensitive skin when it comes to piercings, but this nose ring is not give me one of those piercing bumps, and it doesn’t hurt or irritate my nose at all. This is high-quality jewelry at an affordable price and I would definitely recommend it. My skin is super sensitive to metals, and I haven’t had a reaction at all to these hoops. It’s also the perfect shade of gold and the metal hasn’t tarnished at all! I didn’t want one that was too big or the hoop stuck out and I am really impressed with how these fit snugly, but not tight. You do have to pinch them down pretty hard to get them to snap together, I could not figure out why mine was coming open and then I tried closing it harder and heard the little click.
