Not sure why I took so long to buy this heater, but now that we have it, we are out on our patio every night enjoying the cool evenings and feeling comfortable with the warmth this heater gives off. Very easy to put together, but it does take some time. I love the looks of it also. Just one comment - I don’t like the fact that I have to raise the drum in order to turn on and off the propane tank. I wish there was a cut out in the drum so that I could just reach my hand in to turn the propane tank on or off. We had a dinner on our deck in 40 degree weather and 2 of these heaters and a fireplace made for a comfortable dining experience. It lights much more easily than our old one did. It also did not even wobble when we had 50 mph winds here in the mountains. I would buy this product again and would buy it from this seller who was wonderful in helping to arrange delayed delivery of the heater. Their customer service is top-notch! After working three times, it failed to ignite - the pilot light goes out when the knob is released. There also is a design deficiency- you have to lift up the entire bottom drum to turn on the propane gas. We called Patio Comfort for help, but the company has no service providers in our region.
