I definitly recommend sizing down. I followed the chart, but it seems I should have gotten a size small (I was a medium in my pre-lactating days, so take it from me and go smaller than you think). I was worried pumping wouldn't work because of how loose it is, but the flange holes are pretty secure. I may hack it with some safety pins to keep the bottles up higher. ### ⭐ Wish I could return. Do not waste your money. *by L***A on July 13, 2019* I like the idea. I wish I could return this item, but I cut the tags off and threw away the packaging. I tried it on and at first it seemed nice. It was a little big but I thought it would work. The material is very thin and stretchy. It is horrible to pump in. The straps do not stay tightened after you adjust them. The material is very thin and does not provide much support for the pumping. The sizing is too big in the cup and too small on the band (probably why they include two band extenders) I do not recommend at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth a shot and the $$! *by M***6 on July 2, 2019* I haven’t actually tried the product in regards to nursing or pumping yet, I’ve only tried it one which warrants 4 stars. The support of this isn’t like what’s described or as good as the nursing sports bras I have but better than the typical hands free pumping bra. I do like how they send 2 adjustable bands so you can find a comfortable setting for around. The openings for the pump seem tight which is good so the pump doesn’t fall out.
