The balls warm up nicely, easy on/off. You can apply as much pressure as you want by leaning against it. After two sessions, I was finally able to move my neck again, and pain free within a week. (Warning, I have long hair and didn’t realize that it was getting tangled when I had it at the base of my neck/upper shoulders, even though it was up, until it was too late. A little extra attention to the strays is in order.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tension Release from Working Out *by B***D on 6 March 2019* I am constantly sore from working out, which can sometimes cause headaches. I randomly came across this massager and thought, for £29.99, it may be worth purchasing to see if it aids with some tension release. It does the job! I prop it up on a pillow and lay on it in bed.
