Definitely not about the product but I do definitely enjoy clean and neat designs for product package.It also came with 4 different suction cup to which all have different purposes. I personally ordered this item to clean up the pores on my face with bit of oil cleaning on my nose. So far I have had most success with the smallest suction cup where I can target specific pores one at a time. As for the 3 other suction cups, they definitely would suit other needs at different situations (I just didn't need them as of now).Charging the battery was none-issue. It is fairly long lasting and I would just plug it up after the end of the day if it was low. The manual heavily warns you about not letting the water getting into this product so I kept it inside the bathroom cabinet.I only wish they supplied with more sponge strips rather than just one in the box however. Sponge strip is the only perishable item in this vacuum set and I would rather keep my item clean after its uses. I am certain sponge strip itself would cost barely anything. Maybe add two more sponge strips and I would be extremely satisfied with this product.Overall, great product if you want to take care of unwanted waste on your face (who wouldn't?). It is above my expectation. Compared with traditional blackhead products, such as blackhead remover mask, facial cleaning brush, this great blackhead vacuum is more convent,faster and more effective.It is very easy to use.I usually use it every other day to clean my facial T zone,after a shower or hot towel on my face for 3-5 mins to open the pores. Move the tool back and forth gently to suck out blackheads, Whiteheads, acne, and dead skins. Do not stay in one place for too long to prevent skin from becoming red. 3 seconds is appropriate. After use, the skin is a bit red. I then use a cold mask for cooling down and minimizing pores. Now I fell my T zone area is much cleaner and smoother than before. Will keep using it.Always the pores on my nose and the surrounding cheek area is a disaster.I have HUGE pores in the area already,and as such my nose is disgusting with blackheads.:( But as I'm sure you know, the creases of your nose and cheek is nearly impossible to get positioned well enough to get blackheads. For someone like me, this is a life changer! It took a few uses because the suction is strong,I'm fare skinned,and was cautious about getting bruises (I bruise VERY EASILY!) but this eventually has made me blackhead FREE. It took out so many whiteheads and blackheads out the first use! I've always had a problem with oily skin, sebum, blackheads, and large pores. I've over the years tried many different exfoliants, peels, washes, blackhead removing tools, etc. and I'm either left disappointed, or it only lasts for a short while and then no longer is effective. But when after use this new extractor that did help me resolve some problems. This makes my skin feel clean and not oily and clogged!Prior to trying this product I tool a shower to pen up my pores, but for my more problem area (my nose) I think I'm going to have to try a heating blackhead gel to kind of help loosen things up more because it still has a little bit of difficulty pulling out a lot of what's on my nose. But the rest of my face I'm surprised actually pulled a lot of gunk out. I'll continue to update my review later.And there are some tips when using it: Don't forget after using this to slash your face with cold water to close your pores, and prepared to have a little bit of redness that lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.
