I was baking at 375-400 degress for 3 hours and although skeptical I pulled out the roasting pan and the oven rack to change the height position and I was AMAZED that I didn't even feel heat through the gloves. Better than the original ove'glove. Took away 1 star for the fit. Not a perfect fit but I do recommend this product to everyone.
