The Globe Electric Architect 32" Multi-Joint Desk Lamp with Metal Clamp is an ideal option for any desk lighting. The bottom half of the body is nonadjustable and is beautifully designed with a decorative spring. This light fixture requires one 60W max E26 base Edison bulb (sold separately).

**Q: Will a CFL bulb protrude past the shade on this lamp?**
A: It's made to fit a standard incandescent or LED. There are many CFL bulbs. A PAR 20 would fit, a PAR 30 not. I recommend a standard LED these days. They are very good.
