I had the thought it might be the sodium level in my food/drinks. I was talking electrolyte pills as I tended to cramp after heavier physical exercise. I decided to try Nu Salt in my foods. It has a bit of an after taste. I then tried it with some Himalayan salt and it was as a better combo though there still was a slight aftertaste. My blood pressure though is greatly improved cutting down on sodium so if you have that problem try the Nu Salt, but go easy on it because of the aftertaste or if you can try going without any kind of salt might be better. I made DIY electrolyte powder to control the sodium in it. So far so good, no cramping and my blood pressure remains good.
