Label does not say a certain time of day. **Q: Why servings per container = 40? 375 caplets / 2 per serving = 187.5 servings per container** A: On the label, second picture it show "40 servings" - that a wrong calculation! 375 pills that is 187.5 to 62.5 servings if you take 6 pills a day. **Q: Is this vegan?** A: Yes..I checked the contents...My endocrinologist recommended this. **Q: Why have my last 2 orders not been safety sealed with plastic ? Anyone else have this issue?** A: Not this, but I got a bottle shipped by Amazon of something else where the plastic safety seal was just sitting around the top, but cut/split so it wasn't sealed.
