My other pigeon doesn't like shiny things as much, but he enjoys pecking at and yanking on ribbons when he's in "nest building mode" and this ribbon is fun for him to peck and very durable. Also, the roll is so big that it will last for a long time. I was thinking of cutting off smaller pieces to scatter in their cage. I tie streamers on the top. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for my needs *by J***O on October 18, 2021* Tape may be misleading to some. It's not traditional tape with adhesive, it's more like ribbon or streamers. I tied it to branches, used packing tape for some on my metal gate and used a staple gun for some on my wood fence. It seems to be working for my intended use which was to keep hawks away from my chicks. Birds (non-prey) I don't mind and they still come to the feeder. Great value, I did not use it all at once, have some left over and actually used some in a few homecoming mums, lol.
