It was bought as a fun gift for a friend and we used it last weekend. The Aebleskivers tasted great. The pan is sturdy. The one negative thing is that it is a small pan and doesn't make too many at a time. So if you're feeding a large group like we were, it takes quite a while to feed everyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean right away *by M***V on July 22, 2019* Albeit my first time using this pan was a laughable disaster. Maybe instead of four nifty colored handle covers you could sub one of them for those wooden aebleskiver tools. Which is much needed. My disaster is not a reflection of the pan, chalk it up to inexperience. I will try again until I get it right! I decided to soak my pan to help get it clean, left rust rings in my sink.
