Tried a second balloon, no hole but definitely darker shade of Tiffany blue than I wanted. I ordered 2 sets of this garland kit for a baby shower in January. Now I’m nervous if I keep the kits will their be more holes in the balloons? What do I do about the darker shade - will the silver & white balloons camouflage the darker balloons?
