She is a plucker and after a week on this she has already been sprouting new feathers that look so much healthier, which tells me nutritional value is great. Yes organic is preferred, but it doesn't help at all if she won't actually eat them. Smells amazing. Just ordered another bag. Very pleased bird mama.

My GCC and cockatiel both love this. I'm not sure I'll buy from here again because the use by date is only 2 months away. My birds won't get through the bag I have open let alone this one.
