They are closer to a warm white than green. The only thing that makes the bulbs green is the very thin green tint on the bulb itself. The LED filaments of all the different color bulbs are all the same, and the color that's on the bulb covering is all that gives these a tint....and it's a very light color in the end. It lights for a second when i it turn them on but then goes out. The other 2 work fine. They were so inexpensive I didn't bother to return the bad one.These look blue only when off. They emit a blue-white light. I wanted real blue so I used blue spray paint on the 2 good ones.
