I am a Physician Assistant in the army and currently in Afghanistan. This was our go to text while in school, and it still is today for me. I have it loaded on my Kindle and always have it close to me as a reference. I would have given it 5-stars except for a gross grammatical error that I learned years ago to never use. I also like that they give me, β€œWhen to Refer,” and, β€œWhen to admit.” This gives me a reference for when I need to move a patient from my little clinic to an established hospital. I am also using to help study for my PANRE next year.
