The small hole does not fit a standard sized bar bell. It probably did before they painted it, but its just slightly too small for the bar to fit so I have to use the olympic hole regardless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for adding new exercises to workouts. *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on 10 August 2018* Holds weight well, I’ve used this with 210 pounds for rows and it didn’t seem to bend or warp; I wish they would tell you the size of bolts you should buy to mount however. I’ve used it both attached to a rack or mounted to the floor and I prefer the floor, it’s a lot easier to use because instead of having to worry about counterweight you can get straight to your next set with ease. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for home use *by L***D on Reviewed in the United States on 24 December 2019* Not as heavy duty as the one at the gym, but not at that price point either. Time will tell if it holds up well enough to my moderate home use, but works well and installed easily by placing it under a weight tree.
