I feel they're a major improvement over the cheap, mass-produced earbuds sold everywhere else. One feature I really appreciate is the level of noise isolation. The earbuds really numb down outside noises. I even had trouble hearing myself speak. Granted, these DO NOT completely silence outside noise sources, but they fit my needs perfectly. The sound quality is very clear, enjoyable, and remarkably better than I initially expected. I could even clearly hear percussion and drum beats in the songs I was listening to. I could go on but you get the point. These earbuds are QUALITY!! For the money spent, you really get a nicely-made product. I'll definitely continue using mine into the forseeable future. You need good light and maybe a magnifying glass. The noise cancellation is about the same. Slightly less comfortable and the cord is thinner and not tangle-free like the next model up.
