Review: Soft - I purchased the full sized light blue option a year ago and found it to be a bit rough. However, I am a hot sleeper and this blanket is just heavy enough to be comfy while being thin and loose woven enough to keep me at a comfortable temperature at night. The blanket I originally purchased was unfortunately damaged through no fault of its own. The new, white color and queen size option I purchased is incredibly soft right out of the bag and still keeps me a good temperature. I really that I can layer it when I need more warmth but still have the option to shed layers just to it, rather than throwing a hot blanket off then waking up cold, so it’s pretty versatile for different weather conditions. I do think for the softness, size, OEKO Tek certification, and 100% cotton content it is fairly priced. I will update it the blanket becomes rough, although I wonder if the other blanket was rough because I tend to hang dry my items due to only having access to an over-hot dryer— so I’ll include whether or not the drying cycle has an effect if I can. Photo to show how loose the weave is— I find the openness of the weave perfect for temperature regulation, but some may find it doesn’t keep them warm enough.

**Q: Has anyone used a dryer sheet with this blanket and how did it turn out ? Did it make a difference with the softness on the blanket?**
A: Dryer sheets actually ruin the softness of throws, blankets, towels, etc. the chemical that battles the static is left on your blanket. At first it feels soft but after a number of times ( and depending on the material it could happen fast) your blanket has a film on the fibers!  It sometimes can be remedied by washing in vinegar and water but it has ruined towels for me and if you google it, for thousands of others. 
If you truly want to soften a towel or blanket and get rid of static, add a cup of vinegar to your rinse cycle or to your wash cycle. It is a wonderful cleaner but softens also. It doesn’t leave a smell.

**Q: I have a queen size bed, but the last one i bought in qs is small and overhangs about 3" on both side.  whould i get a king size? will is shrink?**
A: We have a queen and I ordered a king size.  Washed and dried 3-4 times to removed excessive lint and ours did shrink, leaving a nice overhang on the sides and end.

A: No, my blanket didn’t pill. I purchased the white blanket and it is still nice after being washed a couple times.

This blanket was definitely a five star blanket. It’s in my guest bedroom. I bought it oversized. There’s a full bed in there but when I have my children come and they bring their significant others they always say Mom we’re fighting over the blanket so I went ahead and bought a blanket. That was two sizes bigger even though it hangs over I just tuck it in that way they’re not fighting over it. This blanket happened to be very soft. I had purchased one previously and I thought it was a blanket like this one and it wasn’t it was more of a I would say hospital type blanket so that was my mistake. I was almost scared that I was ordering incorrectly again, but I did careful research, reading reviews, and of course, reviews with pictures and videos, really benefit in helping people make decisions and when I saw a couple of those, I knew that this was the blanket I was looking for I remember back in the day, probably 10 to 15 years ago at my in-laws house. She always had these blankets on her beds when we were guests in their home and they were so soft and so comfortable just enough to keep you warm but also in the summer enough to sleep and keep you comfortable but not make you sweat. It’s just that perfect material that perfect consistency very soft very comfortable and cozy so I was very happy when I got this blanket. It was the perfect material. I happen to buy white blankets because I can bleach them and I believe that bleaching actually gets sheets, towel towels, washcloths, and blankets clean because you’re using that chlorine bleach to get rid of any bacteria or germs, especially when it has anything to do with laying your skin and your hair is oily people wear makeup lotion’s perfumes so that’s just my firm belief. Anything that you’re gonna use to sleep in or wash your face or body with or dry it with I believe it should be white and it should be bleached just because that bleach get things clean this blanket is soft. It’s durable. It’s a great size. It’s so comfy and cozy. It’s machine washable and drivable. It comes in a variety of different colors and sizes so you can order whatever color and size that you want. The pricing was amazing and I am very thrilled with this blanket and I think the next time the kids come over they are definitely gonna notice that there is a new comfy blanket on their Bed.
