Item arrived promptly, and I followed the instructions, installed the Hard drive. The instructions are pretty limited, the item has no power on button, so as soon as you plug it in, it boots up. I get an image on TV which says NVR is booting up, and then nothing. According to instructions, it should go to setup wizard but here, the screen remains blank. When I sniff the connection I see TCP resets coming from the NVR to the IPC's. No idea why the NVR is doing this and cannot find any form of contact for the manufacturer.
