I kept using it, though, until it worked no more.I bought a replacement that SAID it was rated for 175 pounds (HA! and again I say, HA!). that was so leightweight and fragile that it could barely handle 30 pounds.So I bought this one. And it Is truly sturdy. Easy to fold up, easy to use, once I figured it out (it comes with NO instructions, just a bit of bragging in several languages). I lent it to a visitor that was struggling to carry in a couple of cases of bottled water, and he was able to cart them all with one use of this handtruck.Had he tried with the first replacement handtruck, we would have cried. It would have bent and broken. He would look sad and mortified. I would have been apologetic. No one would be happy, and I would still have had to buy a replacement.This replacement replacement is up to the job I ask of it.
