He told me the actual phone case is very rugged and well made. Unfortunately, a few days after he started carrying the phone with the included belt clip, a corner broke off the clip. I contacted the seller today and they arranged to send a new belt clip to replace the broken one. Their response was lightning quick and professional demonstrating outstanding customer service and support. This case may cost more than the cheapies, but it comes with priceless customer service. ### ⭐ Not worth the money *by P***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2020* I originally gave this a 5 star rating based upon its fit and apparent durability. I dropped to a 3 star rating when the glass shield started cracking after 10 days. Now, in less than a month, one corner tab of the holster broke off rendering it totally useless. It looks strong and durable, but in reality, it is quite flimsy and brittle.
