It is 6” as posted. When measuring (width or height) the measurements should be taken at the widest edge to the widest opposite edge. When measured as stated above it is need 6”. The confusion comes in (and I do believe a better description would be of benefit to the seller) when the upper most flat base is measured. It IS only 4.5”.The 4.5” base has a slight flute/ ruffle around it. That measurement is 6”!I was a little shocked to find out that this was a used product? It did not say that in the listing? Only after I purchased did that point co e out.Bottom line. It’s adorable, Is is as described, it is USED.
