It is only 2 pieces. One star for incorrect quantity listing. Otherwise, it seems to work. It cut down some of the exhaust drone that was coming through the trunk of my car. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Should Have Bought This From The Start *by K***B on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2016* Great stuff, definitely enough material for 6 1/2" front door speakers. Got rid of the rattling and improved the overall sound. Having installed components, I was able to cut long strands of extra material and use as tape to secure any loose wires which also helped prevent the noise I was getting in my initial install. I wish I had purchased this first as it would have saved me the time and effort to take everything apart and basically do the install twice. For those concerned of smell, this product has no noticeable odor and has been installed in my truck for over a month or so.
