We decided we needed to return it and we had to pay $55 to ship it and get a new one. The reason I am giving four stars is because the second one worked fine and has been working fine since I got the second one last year. If you want to take a risk and get one that doesn't work well, they will allow you to get a new one, the only downside is that you have to pay for shipping it to them.
