When this new year started, I decided that I am so so ready to get rid of this extra weight I gained in past year or so. I had very busy, extremely stressful year or year and a half, that left me with 30lb of extra weight. I got sick many times, had take antibiotics like 5 times or so, much more than I've every got sick in a year. I was always tired regardless I got rest or not. I also was depressed. I decided that life is too short to be living like this. It was time to get back to the weight I had a long time ago and get healthy, and work out more and regularly to get to the shape that I've always wanted to have . I prepared my new year resolution to loose a total of 40lb and started to look for products to help me with that. I decided to clean out my body first. After reading many reviews I decided to try Detox Lab 7 day cleanse. I've never tried colon cleanse before, but I heard a lot of nightmare stories of having to run to the bathroom constantly and having to stay at home because of that reason. Reviews I found stated that it shouldn't be the case with this product so I gave it a try. And it is true. I didn't have to run to the bathroom like crazy, I was still able to fulfill my daily routine with no problem, spend hours of time outside with my son, etc. I took 2 pills the first day and the rest of the days I took 3 the maximum dose allowed in a day. I took it first thing in a morning before my coffee when I take my vitamins. Each time I took it I drank a bottle or close to a bottle of water. I did not use one of the advises from the info I was emailed which stated to drink warm water or green tea with fresh squeezed lemon juice because honestly I went to the store once during that week and forgot to buy lemon.... a couple of the days in the afternoon I used refrigerated lemon juice from the bottle not fresh with my stress relief tea. I also cannot skip my coffee with regular creamer I use. Its my daily ritual that I just cannot skip:) I reduced it to 1 cup a day, but it is the most compromise I can make. I also had a diet of under 1000 cal a day. I also worked out very hard. I worked out 6 days that week. I've always been regular, and taking this colon cleanse pills I was going to the bathroom and my regular times in the morning, maybe just a little more than I used to, but honestly not much difference, although I was consuming much less food than I used to. My belly did not hurt even once during this time, no discomfort.I've lost about 6-7 lb during this detox week, boosted energy, mood, lost belly bloat. I know it sounds funny but I think even my face was bloated before I started this. It definitely lost its roundness during this past week. Now I'm on my off day from hard workout so my weight loss will show up better. When I work out hard it seems that I add some muscle weight or something cause I normally weigh a little bit more when I work out very hard. I also received a few emails from this company asking me about my progress and sending advice on how to maximize my 7 day colon cleanse detox. I enjoyed the personal touch. I work in business and customer service for many years myself and I want to support businesses that not only sell great products but also greatly care about their customer. This is the way to do business.
