The instructions are very sparse and pretty much useless. We were using honey water to attract the hornets and wasps that were invading our space. Finally, I started reading all the reviews and found a common thread. Beer. We headed to the store, bought the cheapest Pabst beer and the next day we started catching the hornets and wasps.Oh.....and you don't throw the trap away as hinted to in the instructions. You empty the trap and refill it.I'm guessing these were made overseas and the instructions were not created by a person fluently speaking English which is why they're totally useless.It's a good product after you get through all the new user rigamarole. ### ⭐ This is a yellow jacket diner, many can come in then leave *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2019* Im currently using 3 different yellowjacket traps. They are everywhere this time of year and this trap gets about 8 per day I have watched several yellowjackets crawl in feed on bait then leave...... no problem for them. My other traps kills 100++ every 2 days when I empty it. I haven't figured out what use the light is since its very dim.... i never had a problem with yellowjackets at nite. I feel this trap is over rated. Get the double bubble one... use 1 cup juice, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup sugar... for bait.. ### ⭐⭐ Not catching anything for me.
