SEIKO WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY - but for $60 who cares? Also, this watch is NOT WATERPROOF to 99 feet as advertised. It can handle getting wet (washing hands, rain) but that's it. Do not wear this watch into the shower, the steam will defeat the seals. Absolutely gorgeous watch. The dial is not as striking as in the photo from most angles but is still very handsome. I'm happy with my purchase. Update 4/22/15: Seiko has informed that desertcart IS an authorized retailer, even though the warranty card that came with my watch is blank. They told me to include my desertcart invoice as proof of purchase when requesting service under warranty. I will mail my watch in for repair in the next few weeks and see what happens. Update 11/5/15: I stand corrected. Seiko repaired my cracked crystal under warranty. The watches are the same, except for the "21 jewels" writing on the dial for the J models. **Q: viene sincronizado de fabrica no se adelanta ni se atrasa.
