Not too tight and not loose at all. I'm 5', 115lb and 34C. I got this so that I wouldn't feel too exposed while walking around in my sports bra and leggings. I didn't want something t0o long because I have a short torso and this hits right at the waist. It's nice and airy because of the mesh. Exactly what I wanted. These are PERFECT for working out in. They're light weight like described and true to size. I'm usually in between a small and medium and ordered a medium. It doesn't fit tight but also isn't as over sized as I normally would go for. I think I'd prefer a large if I was really wanting that over sized fit but for a medium it's not tight and that's enough for me for not bother with exchanging them. For the price it's also an okay value. I think paying anymore for it change my opinion on the value. The worst thing about this hoodie is it's kind of itchy. I was expecting it to be soft and since no other reviews commented on this I really didn't expect it. I feel like it could get annoying if I was really sweaty.
