I am always overstretching to reach things as my knees don't bend. The back support feels quite comfortable and I supportive also, I think the warmth of it helps but, when I sit it seems to turn up on stomach. This maybe caused by my belly fat or something I'm doing wrong but, regardless I will wear it when gardening as it does help. ### ⭐ Brace yourself for a shock.
