There were no problems with installation. These led bulbs are really bright, perfect for the barn type area; I purchased the 6000K. The bulbs produce little heat, come on instantly and so far, create no RF interference.I read in another post one out of four bulbs did not function. In my case one out of eight bulbs did not function. Amazon suggested contacting JESLED directly which I did. My email was responded to promptly and with a positive outcome. I opted for a partial refund which was quickly processed.I would buy these again, but I have no more fluorescent bulbs left.
