The film boasts six strong women: the older innkeeper and her four serviing girls Vs the single Yuan woman, sister to Lee Khna.Five, Action does not take place every five minutes. There is only one instance where the girls show you what they are capable of. Everything builds to that moment when the final battle must take place, and it is a fairly extended sequence.Six, There is a plot, a story that is well told, so we know what we need to, though there are surprises.Seven, KING HU probably worked too slowly and with much care (just look at those costumes) to be commercially viable as a director on going with Shaw Bros. His films could be considerd "art house" films but they succeed as entertainment.Eight, Imagine something like a 1972 Taiwanese MISSION IMPOSSIBLE and you will not be disappointed.Nine, Thanks to FILM MOVEMENT who also gave us THE GREAT SILENCE which also broke with genre restrictions! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has English Dub *by C***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2019* The blu ray has solid picture and a decent english dub, along with the original language dub with subtitles. The movie is enjoyable, set mostly in a large inn dinning area. More story orientated than Shaw Brother films, but there is a good flow of acrobatic action. Did I mention that one of these groups was composed of beautiful young women?
