Come with comb?** A: Yes it is oily and no it doesn’t come with a comb **Q: Does this kill crab lice too?** A: I really don’t know but I would imagine so as it should kill all lice. **Q: Does this have an attachment to spray the hair or is it just a case of pouring in directly on?** A: There wasn’t a spray attachment but I put it in my hands and worked it through. Was easy to put on. **Q: Do you still have to comb the hair? If not how do you get rid of the eggs?** A: Apply the gel and leave it for 10 mins and then comb the hair you will see all the live ones are dead. You may have to repeat after two or three days if not fully gone. Eggs are difficult to get rid off even after two three showers. I find coconut oil helping to get rid of dead eggs sticking to the hair.
