Amazon gave a discount so I kept the original.Overall an excellent case. I originally used it with the Smart Keyboard which fit great, but switched to the included cover as it is much sleeker. The stand works surprisingly well considering it does not lock in place like the Smart Keyboard. Allows for multiple viewing angles.Tried the pencil holder with the Apple Pencil and the Logitech crayon and both worked well. Only complaint is that the pencil holder is slightly pointy when no pencil is in it. Not a major problem though since the flap covers it when closed. The holder is also very tight for the Apple Pencil so there’s no chance it will fall out.And the look. It looks great. I have the blue case with the gold iPad. Have seen the space gray with black case and both look great.In terms of protection it feels solid. Keep it in my backpack and protects very well. I think this case would work well for most people and is not too bulky which I love. Highly recommended.
