The Zlhecto ergonomic office chair was very well made. The bonded leather felt very nice, was not glossy but had a nice sheen. The stitching was excellent. The chair was very nicely padded and the seat was wide enough to handle wide hips. I liked that the arms swung up out of the way. I really did not want to have to take the chair apart to send it back, but I had a problem with the chair. I am very short, well under 5' 2" and considerably overweight. The chair tilted me forward when I sat in it. My back did not rest against the back of the chair at all. The back does not lock in a backwards position. Even with the loosest setting, the back pushed me forward, again tilting me off the seat. Everything was nice about the chair except for the way it functioned for my body form. It was a classy, stylish chair but I had to return it because it just did not work for me. I think it might be nice for a taller person, might center their weight farther to the back of the chair so they do not tilt out of the chair. I am going to select my chair at a brick and mortar store to make sure it will work for my body form. I decided to buy myself a chair for work.This is a nicely large chair, smooth leather with sturdy construction built for the weight as described. So far, seems to hold up better than my last one which cost quite a lot more. Plenty of cushion on the seat an back, I am 5'9" and 163 pounds,this chair is soft and comfortable for me for my days at the office.If you're looking for a comfortable chair that is well built this is it. if your looking for a seller that backs their product this is them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value to satisfaction level. *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2019* The chairs padding appears to be a bit underwhelming but in consideration of the price point of under 200 bucks it has it's value. This does seem built for a taller person due to the gas cylinder length and final height of the chair. The back, although a high back isn't so high as to support the head well when leaning back. It does support some but if your a taller person, you might find your head not supported well at all. I have found that the arm rests have discolored my bare arms for some reason and will have to doing some kind of cleaner treatment on the arm rests in some fashion. I haven't noticed any issues yet with long sleeve shirts, but wearing a t-shirt might not be best. (this issue with the arm rests is the reason for only a 4 out of 5 stars)I did have an issue with the tilt mechanism and the company support was very responsive and helpful. It was very appreciated since most company support lines are less than stellar. The support itself seemed very stellar and consumer centric to resolving any issues and making things right.Overall I think this chair meets the value of the price point in so much that if you are taller person but doesn't want to spend the money normally associated to meeting the full comfort of your frame than this is well worth the money.
