I sleep in a recliner due to back pain and the ability to move the pillow around and have it stay in place is perfect for my uses. I've been using it nightly (and for naps) for the past month or so and it works great. I love it.I normally place the center behind my neck and move the sides up and away from my face a little, and move the tips back towards my head, creating three U shaped areas that support my neck, and either direction I want to lay my head against without getting in the way of my headphones I wear to sleep every night.The only downside is that the center is a little stiff/not soft enough, but that quite possibly is because my recliner doesn't lay back as far as I would like, causing the neck support to be somewhat uncomfortable. In reality it was acceptable. After the first use, managing/ maneuvering it was not seamless. It just didn't bend the way I needed it to. I wasn't looking for a "neck pillow. I wanted something to use instead of my jacket as a pillow. Will I take it on my next trip? Probably.
