With some adjustments, I got it to be the perfect fit! I started with the inflatable part half inflated and added a little bit of air at a time until it was perfect. The strap could use a way to keep the excess down but I just looped it around itself.This has been the best alternative “cone of shame” ever. My dog actually loves hers. She is super comfortable in it and can do everything she can do without wearing it (minus being able to lick her spay wound, of course). She has zero problems eating or drinking and sleeps so peacefully with it as well as plays. This was a great investment and I highly recommend!! She hasn’t even tried pulling it off or digging at it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and secure fit. *by H***U on September 8, 2020* Easy to inflate, attaches to your own dog collar and has adjustable strap for secure and comfortable fit. Zippered cover can be wiped clean and removed to wash. My dog had an Elizabethan cone after her surgery and it was very hard for her to move about in the house and she couldn’t fit in her sleeping crate with it on. This inflatable collar made such a difference She could move around, eat and drink easily and even fit comfortably in her crate. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great post surgery collar - one arrived slightly damaged *by A***N on October 29, 2019* I needed these right away for 3 tiny Chihuahuas who had just been spayed. Did not even know that such an item existed until vet tech told me. Each comes with 3 loops to attach to collar - one was torn off. I will contact seller and update. Purchased 2 in size one. Tried a blue one of another brand just in case. Apart from the torn loop, these are just WONDERFUL!!! The covering material is soft and velvety. It can be blown up partially for a softer pillow. The clasp on the outside is sturdy and easy to adjust. Easy to blow up. Very nicely made - looks like it will last and last. Plus - extremely PRETTY! Much better item than the blue one that I purchased from another company - definitely worth a few dollars more. Fit two tiny dogs under 3 ½ pounds and a dog 6 ½ pounds. The tiniest dog refused to wear it. I put in on a 4 ½ pound male who has been getting allergy & other eye drops for years, but then scratching his eye with his paw. He just loved it! As description said, dog may enjoy it as a pillow, and he did . And now his eye is clear !Really great product except for the torn loop, which is reason for lowered rating.
