**Q: How many in the pack? How many clips. Why everyone asking this question and seller not care?**
A: Two

**Q: Its a chess board I want to hang, but its width is exactly 1/2" and the bracket 1/2" would there be enough room without scratching?**
A: I think so.  We used the bracket to hang a 1/2 inch wall mirror and was able to rest the bottom of the mirror on the bracket without scratching.  Hope that helps.

**Q: Is the gap measurement the same (front-to-back) on both the top and bottom clips? In the image the bottom clip's gap appears larger (front-to-back).**

**Q: Will these clips hold a mirror that is 10.6 x 1.1 x 7.8 inches?  Thank you.**
A: The clips will only hold something that is no more than a 1/2 inch thick.  If the 1.1 in your measurements refers to the thickness, then no, these clips will not work for you.
