Received this in good condition and it looks like it is a top quality product. Would have given it 5 stars but it came with no instructions at all, I did figure out how to adjust the tension on the seat post and it works great. it was adjusted for maximum weight when I received it would have been like a solid post if I would have been unable to figure the adjustment out though.

The threads in the retaining bolt stripped a couple of months after purchase.  I don't think I applied gorilla strength to the wrench.  Now it's useless to me unless I can find a replacement bolt.
