The fan feels solid, was easy to setup, and looks great. One problem... after only a month a rattle started with the motor that steadily grew louder over time until it was keeping me up at night. Based on a general decline in customer service at most companies, I had low expectations and was expecting a hassle with the return to get it fixed. When I called the manufacturer and spoke with a technician, though, they surprised me by shipping a replacement motor the same day after just a few questions about the problem. I was very impressed with the attitude and helpfulness, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from this company based on this experience.
Review: Would Not Reccommend - While these fans look good and feel heavy and solid, and are not inexpensive, the motor is not well made. I have had three and they seem to wear out after a year or so of frequent use. And frequent use is not uncommon in a fan.

This is a nice looking quality fan. Virtually no fan noise. Oscillates beautifully. The one thing I would caution about is that this fan is quite small! It is a little over waist high. Great for a compact spot but much smaller than I expected. I paid 130.00 for it so I'm quite happy but if I'd paid 379.00 I'd be disappointed.
