The colors transferred evenly, true and are very durable. Also, there was fairly wide-latitude of heat-press temperature, time and pressure settings for consistent results. Out of 50 printed, there was only one reject due to operator error. The mugs came shipped in a double box with cardboard dividers, and each mug was wrapped in a clear plastic bag then a bubble-wrap bag baggie overall. Only one mug was damaged out of both shipments. The handle had a crack in the handle but it was still useful as a first-article test. The company did an excellent job of making sure none of the 36 mugs were broken. I love the quality and especially like the fact there is no writing or logos on the bottom of the mugs - just a nice, clean surface. Price was good, too. I will be buying from this company again.
