I called and they said it was under warranty and they sent a replacement which was delivered in June and literally lasted 15 days before the moisture from rain and humidity caused it to crack apart an literally disintegrate. Real Teak does not do that. Real Teak will not rot. I told that company to come take that piece of garbage away and found this beautiful chest from TeakStation. The price of this chest is identical to what I paid for the other chest which was awful. THIS is the real deal with REAL teak. It smells like teak and acts like teak. It holds up beautifully against rain and humidity. It was delivered in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. It looks so awesome on my pool deck and holds all of my cushions, water toys and floats for the pool. The top looks just like the teak deck on a yacht. I love this chest and highly recommend it.
