I am tall and skinny 6ft 125 lbs..** A: Coveralls are measured by chest size and inseam. I would start with measuring the chest for the first part of the size. The regular inseam is around 31". This is measured from crotch to ankle. Variations (short and tall) are about 2" and add no width to the garment. These were absolutely perfect for that purpose. I am thankful for previous reviews stating that it ran extremely small. My husband normally wears in the neighborhood of size 48/50 pants with his "problem area" being the abdominal area. We purchased the 60 and they were almost perfect. Figured we could always take them in but harder to let them out. Length was a bit long but my husband has a longer torso than legs so I anticipated that as well. Surprisingly it wasn't all that much that needed taking up. They were fairly soft and didn't shrink after washing! Because we are in Arizona the short sleeves were almost a necessity and it seems harder to locate short sleeved coveralls in his size range. He compares the size, fit and quality to those that he wore for many years in the US Navy. These new ones are as expected, with one really major issue!! They put a STUPID label right in the middle of the chest, THAT WON'T COME OFF!!! I mean it really won't come off. It took at least 20 minutes to remove the labels from 3 pair of coveralls, BUT!! here's is the real issue. The adhesive is still there, after 10, OH YES, 10 wash and wear cycles.
