Absorbs into my skin after a few minutes and leaves my face softer than its ever been in my entire life. Just incredible. The combination of the extremely close shave and the softness of my face from this product is just amazing. Baby But Smooth and soft. However, my face has been very shiny since I started shaving with a DE razor. Some of that I attribute to the incredibly close shave, but some of it I think comes from this product. I've ordered some Clubman Pinaud talc and I'm hoping that it will knock down the shiny complexion and add another complimentary scent layer. We will see. However, I am very happy with mine. Nice fragrance and formula is great for my skin. I have short thinning hair and after shave and shower I put it my face and hair and scalp. I looked at the ingredients of the product you mentioned and mine. I prefer mine, less ingredients. Mine is less expensive, so give it a try. **Q: Does it feel sticky when it goes on; and if it does, does the stickiness go away?** A: The product is not sticky at all and really does not leave that slick feeling like normal lotions do. I have light oily skin and using this product does not make me feel "greasy" after application. That was one of my initial concerns, as I said I have lightly oily skin. Also if you are worried about the smell it is SUPER LIGHT. I have a very sensitive nose and the scent does not bother me at all. I can rub a bit on my mustache area after shaving and not a turn off at all. It generally takes about 5 to 10 minutes to dry when I put it on. It usually wears off my hands as I rub it into my head and face. I do about 3 squirts on my head, one on each side and one on the back of my head. This stuff goes on a little greasy, but that Fades quickly, and it's very soothing and refreshing to the skin after shaving. I'm not crazy about the dispenser, and it only comes out in thick drops. But I do like that it only takes a few of those drops to completely cover my face. The fragrance is very clean and real, and has just the right intensity, and doesn't overstay it's welcome.
