So you know the kind of punishment he put these through. He didn't want to spend $400+ like he did last time he bought good years which he had to replace after 8 months, so I bought his these for $210 in total. After 7 months, the front 2 tires are almost done, but the back 2 had plenty of meat in them.I told him to rotate tires, which would put another probably 5-6 months. So, for a regular person I assume these tires would easily go 3-4 years. One issue he did constantly have was nails kept getting in the tires, and he had to patch at least once a month. Then again, driving in NYC, That is expected what tire you use.Also the person down said his tire exploded like that. My dad's rim also exploded after hitting a pot hole when he had a "good" michelin tire. So... I don't think it might be this tire in particular, just bad roads. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A risky purchase that went well .. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2017* I put these tires on a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer and was really surprised . Each tire took about 1/2 ounce to balance . The original Yokohama took 1 to 2 ounces to balance but they were excellent tires also . I think the Sumic tires are made in India and I was sure I screwed myself . The Sumic tires are all around excellent tire . Quiet and smooth with an aggressive tread pattern . That combination is very rare . Purchase and shipping was trouble free . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap, grippy, not a fuel eco tire. *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2017* I put these on a 2012 Subaru legacy premium. First off the tread pattern is super aggressive for a tire that inexpensive and I was impressed that they balanced with 5 oz per tire (my previous faulken all seasons were 3x that much). After driving about 2000k so far, I lost about a mile per gallon but they grip very well in wet/dry conditions and the one minor snow storm we had, they did well just as I though they would. They have about what I would expect for grip on ice which is little.
