The perimeter lines up for the most part, but there are a few random "tabs" of the inner gasket, that stick in awkward spots. They look like they shouldn't be there, no matter which way you adhere the gasket. There is no spot on the lens cover for them to sit and they throw off the alignment of the gasket. I am skeptical that this will work and have a feeling I will have to purchase another model shortly. I will update again in due time.*Update 12/26/19* This seller went out of their way to contact me directly to apologize about the issue. They were grateful that I pointed out the flaw, and will use my feedback to work on correcting he issue. In addition, they issued me a full refund. Lastly, it has been a few weeks since I ordered this piece and there have been a few rain/snow events. The gasket hasn't leaked either.
