The wrist strap seems to offer a lot of support and keeps the glove pretty securely on the hand. That being said, these things are huge! I feel like I have a fairly large hand for a woman. My palm circumference is about 7.75 inches, which would put me squarely into the small glove, but it is so loose on my hand. I believe the wrist strap would keep the glove on without a problem, but I feel like my hand would be slipping around inside of the glove constantly, so I’m returning them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfy gloves *by S***B on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2019* Have used them three times. So far, they seem to be durable and have great grip in the glove part. The wrist straps are also comfy, but do cause sweat, so if you have sweaty hands, that might be an issue. I tried using the straps on bars to replace the straps usually use and they don't have the same grip as the palms on the gloves. They therefore do slip while using them to replace other types of straps in the gym.
