I have had it a week now and it is amazing. I linked it to my Alexa and set two scheduled cleanings per day. I have an Australian Shepherd and now you would never know it! No fur anywhere. It got lost the first two days but now has no problem finding its way back to its dock. The WeBack app lets me pick what type of pattern I want and even lets me take control and drive it. I know some robotic vacuums are very loud and I was worried about that but nope!! You can barely hear it. I wish I’d bought this years ago.*****UPDATE*****Never mind. It stopped working months ago and the app doesn't work either. It is terrible. ### ⭐ Defective out of the box but I repaired it... *by W***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2020* Well for starters I had to completely disassemble this guy to get it to work properly. The back up sensor was completely covered in glue so it would throw a "Abnormal obstruction" code whenever it worked for more than 1 min and would turn off. The way that I figured out that it was the back up sensor was by covering the port with tape and seeing if the result changed. It didn't so I did some further digging and found that the sensor was covered in glue. once I popped all the glue off and JB welded the sensor to the back of the robot he works great.He passed the chair trap test with flying colors. Its actually a very good robot just the assembly is total crap.Would I recommend this based on my experience. No.Tech support is non existent, it was assembled incorrectly, and this battery is not so great. This really isn't a problem for someone like me but for a normal consumer this product would have been dead on arrival and thrown away. The part that bothers me is that its actually a nice robot just they cut costs in the wrong areas. ### ⭐⭐ Got suction and cleaning but broke after 4 days and missing parts! *by Z***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2019* In the beginning I was very happy, powerful suction, not a spot missed and our floors looked great! .Unfortunately after about 4 days it started only going backwards and had a constant error code beeping, even after fixing said error.I thought maybe the side brushes should be replaced, since those were the ones spinning backwards, only to discover it didn’t come with the extra set or the filter.
