But from any other angle, it's very bright. One thing that was disappointing: these are not installed on a dimmer switch, just an on/off rocker, and they don't really turn off. They will ghost for a duration dependent on how long they were on. When they were on from 7pm-8pm, they ghosted till 3am. Very subtle, like 1%. I am no technician, but I attribute this to the bulb's capacitor. ### ⭐ Not dimmable, total trash *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2021* Bought a few packages for my chandelier. Dimmer but would not turn off only dim to low. Called the electrician. Complained complained that it was his fault. House was gutted to the studs this summer. He pulled out my bulbs, temp wired into the chandelier where one of these blubs were the exact same LED light fixtures I have all over my house on the same dimmer. Guess what? Dimmer turned them off. Sorry, my electrician for thinking it was your fault. He also said that i should get straight 120v not 110 v - 130v as that may be the issue or these may be just straight up fake bulbs. he said that the part that makes it dimmable is that it is able to turn off even when voltage is going though it. So put these 30 or so bulbs in a zip lock and sent them back, ### ⭐ Didn’t work as replacement to G4 120v 20 watt halogen in puck lights *by A***W on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2021* I wanted to replace my existing halogen G4 20 watt bulbs (120v). I have never had issues using LED replacement bulbs before. None of the LED bulbs I bought worked. As others have stated the size is considerably larger than halogen G4 bulbs, but size wasn’t my issue. They did fit in my puck lights, but wouldn’t turn on (others have said they wouldn’t turn off all the way when dimmed). I wound putting my halogen lights back in and using them. Changing a light bulb shouldn’t be rocket science! I bought the right type bulb to replace a 120v 20 Watt G4 halogen bulb.
