It even went as far as saying a 5 year old in Kinder can close it. Well I’m an adult and my daughter who I bought the box for is 9. I have to push down with a good amount of pressure to get it latched and my daughter has come home from school everyday with it unlatched since she got it. Maybe it’s defective. I’m planning to contact Amazon customer service to see if another can be shipped. Otherwise I love the product and I love the cause.
